An exciting renovation has taken place at CODA’s Gresham site. New and returning patients, Outpatient or Residential, all are finding the updated campus-style design more welcoming and efficient. The Gresham Recovery Center Men’s Residential Program has increased its capacity from 33 to 45 beds.

Funded by the Mitzvah Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation, the project kicked off just under three months ago.

In addition to the greater capacity, the project also improved HVAC systems, increased security, programming flexibility and ease of maintenance throughout the site.

CODA’s Gresham staff and Facilities team with the help of Ankrom Moisan Architects, Inc. and Pacific Crest Construction, Inc., worked hard to ensure that it was “business as usual” during construction–a crucial consideration in order for CODA to continue serving our patients.
