CODA Deputy Director Alison Noice

Alison Noice, known throughout the behavioral health community for her work as Director of CODA’s Addiction Medicine Program, has been named Deputy Director of the agency. 

Alison came to Multnomah County in 1999 to work in a joint collaboration between the Dept. of Criminal Justice, Unity and CODA called “Project Oasis” for dual-diagnosed felony-offenders who were identified as medium- to high-risk to the community. She next managed psychiatric urgent care clinic that was part of Multnomah County’s Safety Net of services and run by Cascadia. She joined CODA in 2010.

Alison studied Clinical Psychology at University of Montana and received her Master of Counseling from Pacific University. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Idaho.
